サービス・ライフサイクル（Service Life Cycle）

サービス・ライフサイクルは５つのフェーズに分かれます。

1. サービスストラテジ（Service Strategy）：戦略
2. サービスデザイン（Service Design）：プロセスの設計、開発
3. サービストランジション（Service Transition）：運用へ移行
4. サービスオペレーション（Service Operation）：運用

継続的サービス改善（Continual Service Improvement）：上記の全てのプロセスに適用
